askgledders.com is a site you can visit when your computer is a “little under the weather”. Simply by answering a few questions, we can point you in the right direction to find the answer.

We can tackle most things from software (programs) to hardware (the computer components). We’re not specialists in one particular make, but if we think you need a specialist, then that’s what we will recommend. If the job is beyond our experience, we’ll just tell you. Whatever we do, it will be honest and without trying to sell you something.

Of course, if we can’t solve it over the internet, we can call you and even visit you to repair the problem. This will incur a charge, but we will quote our charges in advance, give you a choice of supplier to check our price against and if we don’t fix it, we don’t charge you.
